state-templates.md	feat(agent): integrate verify-test skill into feature-agent workflow Add Phase 5.5 VERIFY between BUILD and DOC phases for device-side test execution via hdc. New Feature-Verify-SubAgent wraps verify-test skill to push and run unittest/moduletest on ARM devices, with three outcomes: PASS (proceed to DOC), SKIPPED (no device, non-blocking), FAIL (retry loop back to EXECUTE). Update state schema with phases.verify and skipped status. Update doc skill to consume verify-log.md for test-report.md. Remove superseded openharmony-build skill (replaced by build skill).
