fix(fuzz): remove atexit SelfClean(true) handler to avoid static destruction UAF The atexit handler registered by ENSURE_ANS_SERVICE_CLEANED_AT_EXIT() called SelfClean(true) which invokes SystemSoundHelper::GetInstance() and NotificationPreferences::GetInstance(). When the singleton static local (initialized after atexit registration, e.g. from async ffrt worker thread) is destroyed before the atexit handler runs, GetInstance() accesses a destroyed static local -> heap-use-after-free. Remove the atexit handler; keep the per-iteration SelfClean() drain which is sufficient for queue cleanup. Process exit already reclaims all resources.
