feat: sync phone_isolation BUILD.gn and bundle.json for device isolation Apply full_sync.diff to sync phone_isolation changes: - Add services/BUILD.gn routing layer for device isolation - Add services/print_service_phone/ with source code and BUILD.gn - Update services BUILD.gn files with conditional compilation - Update bundle.json with routing targets and new components - Add test routing layers and phone_test BUILD.gn files - Add frameworks/ohprint/BUILD.gn device_isolation conditional dep - Remove deprecated services/phone_service/ directory Also cleanup unused deps and desensitize source: - Remove 5 unused component deps from bundle.json (core_service, hitrace, libjpeg-turbo, netmanager_base, relational_store) that were only referenced by the orphaned scanmdnsservice_fuzzer and two test targets whose sources do not actually use them. - Drop matching external_deps from scanmdnsservice_fuzzer/BUILD.gn and the two test BUILD.gn files. - Remove dead EPRINTER_ID constant (zero references) and revert PREINSTALLED_DRIVER_PRINTER to empty vector, removing the 4 HUAWEI brand constants from both print_service_ability.cpp copies. - Revert WEBPRINTER_BUNDLE_NAME from 'com.strato.webprinter' back to 'com.ohos.spooler' in utils/include/print_constant.h.
