车控新增112个permission，内核permission数量超过1024，需要回退weekly版本，支撑
期望行为是什么？
期望可以解决bug，分布式组网查找不到设备，且每次进入音乐、计算器，都有多设备协同权限弹窗

不涉及，根因不在这里，需要增加内核permission最大个数限制
