[HWASAN] Add heap allocate info to help bugfix Currently, a very small number of HWASAN reports indicate shadow exceptions due to tag mismatches between short granules and full granules, raising suspicion of chunk reuse. To help locate the issue, debugging information will be enhanced by push allocation details into a ring buffer during the allocation phase. In HWASAN reports, all allocation records for the relevant address will be printed to assist in troubleshooting.
