发生了什么问题？
rk3568修改显示配置(修改 /system/etc/window/resouyrces/display_manager_config.xml中的最后一行参数 buildlnDefaultOrientation 为2 或者 4)，设置屏幕旋转后，触摸功能异常
在5.03 release版本上 修改后触摸区域与真实区域对不上，偏差很大
5.1版本和5.0版本上修改后，半屏无法触摸控制
期望行为是什么？
修改屏幕旋转后能正常触摸控制
如何复现该缺陷
(修改 /system/etc/window/resouyrces/display_manager_config.xml中的最后一行参数 buildlnDefaultOrientation 为2 或者 4 后重启
