entry	refactor: aa commands add -u parameter handling for barrierfree and bundlemanager dynamic XTS projects only This commit refactors aa start/aa test commands in 2 subsystems (dynamic XTS projects only): - barrierfree: 9 files (dynamic projects) - bundlemanager: 60 files (dynamic projects) Total: 69 files refactored (excluding 3 static project files). Changes include: - Add -u parameter extraction from getArguments().parameters['-u'] - Add conditional logic to append -u parameter to command string - Fix incomplete command logging issue (hilog.info now prints complete cmd) - Support both aa start and aa test commands - Handle multiple scenarios: direct call, promise chain, string concatenation, missing -u logic Note: This commit only includes dynamic XTS projects (ohos_js_app_suite, ohos_app_assist_suite, ohos_js_hap_suite).
