moduletest	refactor(want_agent): remove empty WantSenderStub shell PendingWantRecord now inherits IRemoteStub<IWantSender> directly. WantSenderStub exported no symbols of its own and carried no logic, so drop it along with its dedicated unittest, fuzzer and map entry.
