评论 /sync <branch1> <branch2> ... 可将当前 PR 修改同步到其它分支（创建同步 PR）：
a) 如果当前 PR 是 Open 状态，同步操作将延迟到 PR 被合并时执行
b) 如果当前 PR 已经 Merged，将立即执行同步操作
注意：
- /sync 命令可以指定同步到多个分支，仅最后一个 /sync 命令生效
- 如果创建的同步 PR 不正确，可通过向同步 PR 的源分支提交轻量级 PR 完善，或使用 /close 命令关闭

Build cmake according to system version

描述：
1、去掉了源码依赖cmake，改成了cmake-3.08.tar.gz(这里直接在原patch中修改是为了避免原来patch中添加cmake代码，然后新patch中再去除的重复逻辑)
2、因为onnxruntime依赖cmake 3.26版本以上，为了兼容AI4C-UDF在22.03（cmake版本低于3.26）上也能用，通过判断当前cmake是否满足要求，然后按需构建
3、更新的AI的模型，带来更好的性能
测试：
1、24.03上不会编译cmake
2、22.03上会编译cmake
3、基本优化功能:pass
