patch中给了9个补丁的commit号，依次合入即可
如第一个补丁，只需适配上游补丁https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/commit/5ed3bebbf49ed417aad18c84e6fe18b83e740675.patch
当前补丁一来对于检查适配点较为困难，二来若引入问题定位根因困难不利于后续维护
