现象：
问题原因：ffmpeg中ffplay需要的sdl的版本有限制sdl2 >= 2.0.1 sdl2 < 2.1.0，sdl2升级pr：https://gitee.com/src-openeuler/SDL2/pulls/48
解决办法：
