通过对比openeuler和社区1.6.2版本freeipmi安装后systemctl启动、退出状态比较，发现官方社区提供安装包安装之后依旧有同样的问题，分析freeipmi 1.6.2版本前后多个版本PR提交及开放或关闭issue，均未发现对此问题有相关解释说明，但在分析过程中发现早期版本PR提交中，曾将多个错误触发结果作为系统错误，例如将分类驱动超时作为系统错误并沿用至今（c->errnum = IPMI_MONITORING_ERR_SYSTEM_ERROR），在当前版本中以ERR_SYSTEM_ERROR为关键字进行搜索，依旧可见大量系统错误相关内容，因此可判断是由于退出操作引发某些错误，进而被判定为系统错误，但是运用systemctl start ipmidetectd.service 即可再次启动，并不影响该服务功能使用
该问题不影响服务功能使用，暂无解决问题方法，挂起跟踪社区修复情况。

【问题复现步骤】
1.安装freeipmi
dnf -y install freeipmi
2.修改配置，启动服务
echo "ipmiping_period 15000
ipmidetectd_server_port 9225
host localhost.localdomain" >/etc/freeipmi/ipmidetectd.conf
systemctl start bmc-watchdog.service
systemctl start ipmiseld.service
systemctl start ipmidetectd.service
systemctl status ipmidetectd.service
3.停止服务
systemctl stop ipmidetectd.service
【预期结果】
查看状态为inactive
【实际结果】
查看状态为failed
