clean-config	Add self-service EulerMaker EBS cloud build Add scripts/ebs-build.sh for self-service cloud building of the kernel via EulerMaker EBS (ccb), no admin role required: each developer creates their own inherited sub-project, configures the kernel package repo from the local ebs-build.conf (SPEC_URL/SPEC_BRANCH, adding a .git suffix as the cloud schema requires; skips if already consistent), snapshots the dependency baseline, triggers aarch64/x86_64 builds, polls to completion, fetches build logs and downloads the resulting RPMs. The build target is the remote repo/branch set by SPEC_URL/SPEC_BRANCH in the local (gitignored) ebs-build.conf; changes must be pushed there first. The remote repo must be named "kernel", since EBS only auto-generates Source0 kernel.tar.gz for a repo named exactly that; ebs-build.sh now validates this before setup/build. Also add scripts/gen-source-tarball.sh to generate kernel.tar.gz (Source0) from the git tag in SOURCE for local builds, an ebs-build.conf.example template (auto-copied on first run), a newcomer guide docs/ebs-build.md, and document both build paths in README/README_cn.
