使用virt-v2v操作虚拟机镜像
【场景描述】(如下载场景/使用文档场景/安装及迁移场景/其他场景)
系统：openEuler 24.03 LTS
kernal版本：6.6.0-28.0.0.34.oe2403.x86_64
【ISSUE描述】
yum install virt-v2v，提示安装libguestfs包即包含virt-v2v
2.使用时发现无virt-v2v命令
3.根据libguestfs社区源代码显示，在1.41版本中，p2v和v2v两个工具均被移除，故openEuler 24.03 LTS使用的1.49版本以及之后所有版本均不包含该部分功能（22.03中使用的1.40版本包含该功能）
