2.8版本的nvme-cli存在nvme ocp set-dssd-power-state-feature命令无法生效问题，
pr https://gitcode.com/src-openeuler/nvme-cli/pull/36 回合根社区补丁https://github.com/linux-nvme/nvme-cli/commit/a6a01bd2418dd97ee869d376671c5bfe580a23c0 一并修复该问题。

openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4的nvme-cli版本为2.8，已支持nvme ocp set-dssd-power-state-feature命令,但未支持nvme ocp get-dssd-power-state-feature命令，需要移植根社区补丁以支持完整的NVMe DSSD 电源状态管理功能。
