该问题仅在安装了plymouth包的情况下触发，原因是plymouth往initramfs中拷贝文件时并未携带文件扩展属性，需要在/usr/libexec/plymouth/plymouth-populate-initrd脚本中为cp命令增加-a选项。
由于升级版本时，删掉了相关补丁，所以需要重新回合，解决以上问题
升级PR：update to 24.004.60
