Issue
Keras keras.utils.get_file(..., extract=True) extracts tar archives through tarfile.extractall() without the Python tar data filter. A crafted tar archive can abuse path traversal / link handling during extraction and write files outside the intended destination.
Fix
Backport the existing upstream/openEuler master fix for CVE-2025-12060:
This is a minimal patch backport. It does not change public API or upgrade the package version.
