Fix parsing of function pointer typedefs for Doxygen >= 1.18 Doxygen 1.18 changed the XML layout of function pointer typedefs: <type> now contains the full "void(*)" fragment and <argsstring> starts with "(" instead of ")". Normalize the new layout back to the previous one so read_typedef() handles both Doxygen versions and the generated Sphinx markup stays unchanged. Bump release to 2 and add the patch to the spec.
