此问题和OBS编译RPM包时调用系统内核版本相关，我会尝试使用OBS定制内核版本服务重新制作。
目前看，受影响的版本是20.03LTS-SP3 和 22.03-LTS 两个版本。22.03LTS-SP1 是正常的，不受影响。

如下qlgc-qla2xxx-10.02.08.01-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm包在openEuler-22.03-LTS x86环境上无法正常使用。插入时报错如下：
