ruby多分支维护，目前openEuler使用的ruby 3.2.x，目前已更新至3.2.6版本。

master分支当前版本3.2.6，足够新。

3.2 在2026年3月就EOL了，我们不可能在 26.03 里带这个版本。而即便到六月选型，最终我们也还是极大可能选择 3.4。

We found the latest version of ruby is 3.3.0 release at 2023/12/25, which url is https://github.com/ruby/ruby.git, while the current version in openEuler mainline is 3.2.2 release at 2023/03/30.
