使用shimia32.efi，发现没有这个包
【场景描述】(如下载场景/使用文档场景/安装及迁移场景/其他场景)
创建live cd环境，efi.tmpl会安装shimia32.efi，但仓库中无该安装包
【ISSUE描述】
制作live cd时，默认efi模板中会安装shimia32.efi，但仓库无该报导致报错无法制作UEFI 32的live cd。
