根因：targetcli-fb 3.0.2 升级后引入了对 BlockStorageObject 的 exclusive 参数支持，但当前的 rtslib-fb 仍停留在 2.1.76，该版本的 BlockStorageObject.init 不接受 exclusive 参数，导致 TypeError。
rtslib-fb 2.2.x 版本才新增了 exclusive 参数（默认值为 True）
