问题描述
依赖包 ubs-comm 将发布新版本，需要重新触发 ubs-mem 在 openEuler 24.03 LTS SP3 的制品构建，以使用新依赖版本。
修改范围
openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP31.0.0-13->1.0.0-14Release和对应%changelogc50d5f32c824f16d90d8f01b401d1783ca2511b8验证计划
