walkpage_and_migrate 内层批量循环在 node_is_critical_err 命中时 break，随后 vfree(pm.mig_info.folios)；4K 模式下 walk_pid_pagemap/add_to_bm 已对未处理 folio folio_try_get，这些引用随 vfree 丢失导致页面永久 pin 住（重试循环每轮重新收集，泄漏逐轮累积）。
