【缺陷描述】：请补充详细的缺陷问题现象描述
ConfigMultiVmRatioInGroups 直接以 GetAttrL1/GetAttrL2 的返回值作 processed[l1][l2] 下标；两函数在进程无 L1 或无 L2 位时返回 NUMA_NO_NODE(-1)，负下标对 VLA processed 读写（546 读、550 写）越界踩栈。恢复自配置文件的进程或目标已清空的 VM 即可出现该取值，而同文件 ConfigMultiVmRatio(475 行)有对应判空，此处遗漏。
