workflows	fix(ci): use PIP_BREAK_SYSTEM_PACKAGES + python() fallback for wheel smoke CI runner lacks python3-venv and has externally-managed Python (PEP 668). Set PIP_BREAK_SYSTEM_PACKAGES=1 to bypass the pip block, and define a python() shell function as fallback when python is not on PATH. Contract test strings remain unchanged.	2 个月前
