feat(branding): use the CIDE brand icon on the startup splash The splash still showed the legacy horizontal WANGPENG SVG wordmark because the icon refresh only covered the square app-icon set. Point .brand-logo at the regenerated wangpeng-cangjie-icon-512.png and rebalance the emblem layout.
