ISSUE_TEMPLATE	[GitHub] Add issue templates and slightly refine PR template (#5115) This adds some new issue templates based on the PyTorch repo's templates. These direct users to open higher quality issues. Primarily by including a minimal complete example and hardware/software version info. I include a link to the GPU-mode discord so people looking for help will be directed there instead. Finally I also comment out some of the PR template so people will still get the instructions but reading the PRs won't be as noisy.	1 年前
