CI镜像构建裸机完全独立出来。 3. 修改qwen3.5 的ST，使用fla算子 ascendc 实现（待完成，下一个PR完成https://gitcode.com/Ascend/MindSpeed-MM/pull/3030） 4. triton-ascend 切换到3.2.2 版本（CANN 9.1.0配套版本）。 5.
