docs: Update AI functions usage patterns (#5568) ## Changes Made This PR adds dedicated documentation for: - prompt - basic usage - prompt templating - optional parameters - reasoning - tools - multimodal inputs (images, files) - text file inputs via content injection - structured outputs - structured outputs for vllm - embed - embedding text - embedding images - cosine similarity search - classify - classification of text - classification of images - classification via prompt With both new and reorganized usage examples covering almost all features covered by daft at this point. Additional updates include 1. adding ai functions to the AI API reference page 2. Updating the navigation to prefer overview pages over indexes. 3.
