codes.go	feat(cmd): unified error codes + exit codes internal/errors introduces a small, stable exit code surface (0..9) and a CodedError that wraps a cause while remaining errors.Is/As-friendly. ExitCode(err) extracts the code (or CodeGenericError for uncoded errors), so cmd/nightme can return the right status without parsing strings.
