Changed to return ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID with a proper error log. 2. **INFER_SHAPE return value not checked**: the return value of INFER_SHAPE in the RegBase path was ignored, which can mask shape-inference failures. Added a check and OP_LOGE logging on failure.
