【修改方案】
launch_host_func_pending由直接传递Tensor改为传递tensor地址，由callback thread根据地址做h2h拷贝，拷贝结束后原始tensor的pinned memory可以被释放并复用。回调线程/python线程使用被拷贝的tensor值做后续print/save，并在print/save结束后释放内存，以节省运行时host内存使用。
