memcache池化故障场景，server端调用HcommChannelDestroy，进程保留，client端进程退出；随后发起重建链：
二次D2D建链UB状态机推动建链，socket获取异步接口结果失败，报错对端socket关闭，发现关闭原因为server端在channel destory时没有释放socket资源，导致白名单配额不可用，需要在HcommChannelDestroy中加上socket资源销毁
