Describe the current behavior / 问题描述 (Mandatory / 必填)
NULL_PTR_RETURN_MSG_OUTER_WITH_FUNC_DESC宏通过#PTR字符串化参数名打印错误信息。当 ApiImpl 实现的参数名与 rt 接口的参数名不一致时，错误信息中打印的参数名与 rt 接口文档不一致。

报错日志中endEvt与rt接口rtEventElapsedTime中入参名字endEvent一致

[PID: 264153] 2026-08-27-07:36:35.048.990 Invalid_Argument_Null_Pointer(EE1004): Computing the elapsed time between two events failed because endEvt cannot be a NULL pointer.
Solution: Try again with a correct pointer argument.
