问题描述

example/2_advanced_features/kernel/2_binary_enumerate_functions 在干净构建目录下首次执行成功，但不清理 build 目录再次执行时构建失败，样例无法稳定重复运行。

复用 build目录直接执行 cmake 构建，AscendC 构建产物不支持增量复用，导致第二次执行构建失败已经在https://gitcode.com/cann/runtime/pull/4771 中修改
