Disassembler.cpp	Move TargetRegistry.(h|cpp) from Support to MC This moves the registry higher in the LLVM library dependency stack. Every client of the target registry needs to link against MC anyway to actually use the target, so we might as well move this out of Support. Disassembler.h	[ms] [llvm-ml] Add placeholder for llvm-ml, based on llvm-mc As discussed on the mailing list, I plan to introduce an ml-compatible MASM assembler as part of providing more of the Windows build tools. This will be similar to llvm-mc, but with different command-line parameters. This placeholder is purely a stripped-down version of llvm-mc; we'll eventually add support for the Microsoft-style command-line flags, and back it with a MASM parser. Opts.td	[llvm-ml] Remove all file extension restrictions After D126425 was submitted, hans@ observed that MSVC's ml.exe doesn't care about the file's extension at all. Now, we check if the file exists to determine whether an input filename is a valid assembly file.
