sourcedir变量定义：删除了sourcedir="$PWD/asc-devkit"变量，不再依赖当前工作目录下的本地asc-devkit文件夹。 - 移除本地目录存在性检查：在
new_upgrade()函数中删除了对${sourcedir}目录是否存在的判断及提前返回逻辑，不再因本地缺少asc-devkit目录而跳过升级。 - 新增
--copy_all参数：在调用install_common_parser.sh时新增--copy_all选项，改为由公共仓脚本统一处理文件复制，替代原有的本地文件分发方式。
