修改

为更新日志增加 2026-09-30 的样例与 0.7.0 版本说明，并说明 flash_kda_metadata 已并入 samples/flash_kda/、fused_recurrent_kda_snapshot 独立目录已移除；保留 9 月 15 日历史条目。

基于最新 master，保留上游同日期的 attn_epilogue 新特性条目及全部历史日志，把本 PR 原说明合并进既有 9 月 30 日标题，不重复日期标题。范围仍只有 CHANGELOG.md。

验证

与最新 README 和 Git tree 核对 0.7.0 版本、六个列举的样例目录、QLI/QSLI 入口、metadata 脚本实际位置及两个已撤并目录的缺席。
原 PR 的说明文本和上游全部非空日志行均保留。
diff --check 通过；当前 pre-commit 适用检查全部通过，无适用文件的检查为 skip。OAT 实际扫描一个改动文件并通过。未修改已有 deprecated stage 配置。
完整改动文档无个人版权声明，未添加或改写版权/许可证。
仅远端 Host 静态文档及目录检查，未执行算子、NPU、精度或性能测试。

基于 master 81ba8619759fe1f32a633a34313e58261883e13f，源 SHA 06eaf358117dfeb5d19adc11e943e070eafb171e；远端分支及 PR/commits API 回读确认一个源提交、当前无冲突。旧失败标签不代表新 SHA 的 CI 结论；本轮单次 /compile 后等待两套 CI 核实。
