knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/compilation/arch_migration_2201_to_3510_checklist.md：2201→3510 迁移逐项核对 API 兼容层、Device 编译入口、被删除通路、L0A/UB 对齐、Subnormal、同步、DCache 与 SSBuffer；编译通过不等于上板完成。knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/precision/reg_vector_hardware_vs_soft_simulation_precision.md：区分 Reg 单指令与编译器/多指令软仿实现的 denormal、ulp、bf16 中间精度与舍入、归约及 Fma 合同；实现路径变化需重验，离线仿真不能替代上板。index.md导航与logs/2026-10-28.md内容记录；不修改既有知识卡、治理、Skill 或官方镜像。e680c34c09ba6919b3cebd2b7ec027f4ff6f0f22的官方迁移指南、3510 硬件约束和 Reg/SIMT 精度汇总为来源。两张卡限定 Ascend 950PR&950DT，正文区分相邻知识卡的职责。变更类型
