knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/validations/）：mmad_boundary_value_input_acceptance.md：MMAD 与 MMAD_MX 的边界值输入验收。核心是两族在加法阶段规则相反（+inf+(−inf)：Mmad→nan，MmadMx→−inf），期望值不能互套、也不能由 IEEE 754 反推；附用例构造与失败判定顺序。vector_interface_boundary_value_acceptance.md：Memory/Reg 矢量 + 原子 + 掩码接口的边界口径与验收流程。含掩码三种模式的实际含义（连续 16/32/64 位[0,128]/[0,64]/[0,32]；逐比特maskHigh/maskLow范围；Counter 模式为元素个数）、尾块推荐使用 Counter 模式的适用条件（非所有接口的强制要求；手动管理须核对isSetMask=false并恢复 Normal 模式）、以及"已知值小数组 → 真实 shape"的验收顺序。index.md（knowledge_ingest.py sync-indexes生成）与当天logs/2026-10-28.md条目。未包含的范围：不修改
governance/、.agents/、evals/与镜像区knowledge/ops/ascendc/{apis,guides}/；不改动既有卡片。补充说明：
runbooks/precision/reg_vector_hardware_vs_soft_simulation_precision），后者的地址对齐与kDirectionAlign取自接口卡mmad.md/k_direction_alignment_constraint.md，并明确"本卡只判定边界值输入，不判定对齐违规"。变更类型
