PR功能描述 / 为什么需要这个合入:
本 PR 优化 workflow-orchestrator 的输入确认和 Agent 配置准备流程：
workflow.yaml、work_dir、provider、prompt作为四项必需输入，并在执行前通过一次 question-tool 提交完成确认。work_dir的任务提供通用建议：在 Agent 启动的项目目录下使用任务或项目标识名的snake_case目录。codex、opencode和cannbot，避免 CANNBot 会话被误判为 OpenCode。link_agent_config.py，将当前 Agent 项目的适配配置链接到work_dir；已有文件、目录或软链接会保留并跳过。start_dir、work_dir和链接结果。脚本通过标准输出提供日志，由 shell 追加到orchestrator.log，不会覆盖既有日志。该PR关联的issue
