    Getting socket times out. Reason: This node detects no exception event. The possible cause is that the behaviors of different ranks are inconsistent. The possible causes are as follows:

1. The communication operator types or parameters called by some ranks in a communicator are inconsistent. For example, some ranks call allreduce, while other ranks call broadcast.2. The send recv operator depends on the ring.You can check the peer dependency relationship of link establishment and the operator information in the plog logs to locate and analyze the fault.
