描述

Normalize Huawei-owned copyright and license header year expressions across the repository:

  • Replaced legacy years, year ranges, and dynamic year placeholders with the single year 2026.
  • Standardized 460 copyright licenses across 455 tracked files.
  • Updated the copyright header generation logic in scripts/package/package.py and scripts/util/ascendc_impl_build.py so newly generated files consistently use the single year 2026.
  • Preserved third-party copyright years, license text, documentation content, and unrelated code behavior.
