bash tests/build_ut.sh --ut=aicpu_sched --target=aicpu_sched_ut
执行报错。

openEuler22.04，ARM
CANN8.5.0.beta1

安装CANN
编译、安装runtime最新版本包
执行ut测试：
bash tests/build_ut.sh --ut=aicpu_sched --target=aicpu_sched_ut

测试成功执行。
