变更摘要
此 PR 为 HIXL 模块新增日志模块名称标识，通过在两处 log_types.h 的模块 ID 枚举中定义 HIXL = 12 常量，并在 log_level.h 的模块初始化映射表中将原先的数字占位符替换为该命名常量，使得 HIXL 模块在日志输出中能够正确打印其模块名称。
主要改动

HIXL模块 ID 常量：在include/dfx/base/log_types.h和src/dfx/log/inc/toolchain/log_types.h的模块 ID 枚举中均添加HIXL = 12，将 HIXL 模块正式注册为日志框架的已知模块。 - 模块级别映射改用命名常量：在
src/dfx/log/utils/log_level.h的DEFINE_MODULE_LEVEL宏中，将原先的SINGL_MODULE_MAP(12, MODULE_INIT_LOG_LEVEL)替换为SINGL_MODULE_MAP(HIXL, MODULE_INIT_LOG_LEVEL)，使 HIXL 模块的初始化配置与命名常量关联，确保日志输出中可显示HIXL模块名称。
