修改方案:
问题背景：
QEMU 启动后 eth0 网卡不存在，根本原因是 9p vfs 模块加载时机不当。
具体修改：
优化 insmod_9p_vfs.sh 调用位置
sh /opt/bmc/insmod_9p_vfs.sh从文件末尾移至exec_main调用之前^exec_main$确保在主启动流程执行前先加载 9p vfs 模块exec_main调用行是否存在，避免插入失败注释掉 wait $PRE_DRV_PIDS 行
wait \$PRE_DRV_PIDS是否存在，不存在则报错验证方案:
构建验证
build/works/packet/work_build_qemu_rootfs.py脚本insmod_9p_vfs.sh位于exec_main之前wait \$PRE_DRV_PIDS行已被注释功能验证
