bsd-user: Clean up includes This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. All .c should include qemu/osdep.h first. The script performs three related cleanups: * Ensure .c files include qemu/osdep.h first. * Including it in a .h is redundant, since the .c already includes it. Drop such inclusions. * Likewise, including headers qemu/osdep.h includes is redundant. Drop these, too. target/arm: Move feature test functions to their own header The feature test functions isar_feature_*() now take up nearly a thousand lines in target/arm/cpu.h. This header file is included by a lot of source files, most of which don't need these functions. Move the feature test functions to their own header file. Our header guards commonly end in _H. Normalize the exceptions. Macros should be ALL_CAPS. Normalize the exception. Clean up header guards that don't match their file name Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard collisions less likely. Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones.
