bsd-user: Clean up includes This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. All .c should include qemu/osdep.h first. The script performs three related cleanups: * Ensure .c files include qemu/osdep.h first. * Including it in a .h is redundant, since the .c already includes it. Drop such inclusions. * Likewise, including headers qemu/osdep.h includes is redundant. Drop these, too. Clean up header guards that don't match their file name Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard collisions less likely. Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones. Clean up ill-advised or unusual header guards Leading underscores are ill-advised because such identifiers are reserved. Trailing underscores are merely ugly. Strip both. Our header guards commonly end in _H. Normalize the exceptions. Macros should be ALL_CAPS. Normalize the exception. Done with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl. include/hw/xen/interface/ and tools/virtiofsd/ left alone, because these were imported from Xen and libfuse respectively. target/i386: implement SYSCALL/SYSRET in 32-bit emulators AMD supports both 32-bit and 64-bit SYSCALL/SYSRET, but the TCG only exposes it for 64-bit targets. For system emulation just reuse the helper; for user-mode emulation the ABI is the same as "int $80". The BSDs does not support any fast system call mechanism in 32-bit mode so add to bsd-user the same stub that FreeBSD has for 64-bit compatibility mode.
