meson: Introduce target-specific Kconfig Add a target-specific Kconfig. We need the definitions in Kconfig so the minikconf tool can verify they exits. However CONFIG_FOO is only enabled for target foo via the meson.build rules. Two architecture have a particularity, ARM and MIPS. As their translators have been split you can potentially build a plain 32 bit build along with a 64-bit version including the 32-bit subset. target: Move ArchCPUClass definition to 'cpu.h' The OBJECT_DECLARE_CPU_TYPE() macro forward-declares each ArchCPUClass type. These forward declarations are sufficient for code in hw/ to use the QOM definitions. No need to expose these structure definitions. Keep each local to their target/ by moving them to the corresponding "cpu.h" header. gdbstub: move register helpers into standalone include These inline helpers are all used by target specific code so move them out of the general header so we don't needlessly pollute the rest of the API with target specific stuff. Note we have to include cpu.h in semihosting as it was relying on a side effect before. Let the prototype use it as argument, as it is stricter than an integer. We can remove the documentation as enum names are self explicit. Clean up a few header guard symbols Commit 58ea30f5145 "Clean up header guards that don't match their file name" messed up contrib/elf2dmp/qemu_elf.h and tests/migration/migration-test.h. It missed target/cris/opcode-cris.h and tests/uefi-test-tools/UefiTestToolsPkg/Include/Guid/BiosTablesTest.h due to the scripts/clean-header-guards.pl bug fixed in the previous commit. Commit a8b991b52dc "Clean up ill-advised or unusual header guards" missed include/hw/xen/io/ring.h for the same reason. Commit 3979fca4b69 "disas: Rename include/disas/bfd.h back to include/disas/dis-asm.h" neglected to update the guard symbol for the rename. Commit a331c6d7741 "semihosting: implement a semihosting console" created include/hw/semihosting/console.h with an ill-advised guard symbol. Clean them up.
